Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the spices, mix honey and yeast with water and add to the flour mixture with the oil. Knead well for 10 minutes and cover in a warm place for 20 minutes.
  2. Put pumpkin seeds and apricot cubes (you can also leave out) into the batter. Shape into a ball, brush with milk, place on a greased baking sheet and let rest covered.
  3. Put the bread in the cold oven on the second rack and place a bowl of water on the oven floor. Bake for 60 minutes at 200 degrees. Sprinkle with a little water after baking.
