Instructions

  1. Drain the mushrooms in a large colander and rinse briefly with cold water. While the mushrooms are draining, chop the onions and place in a large bowl. Drain the corn and add to the bowl with the mushrooms. Add the spices and the pressed garlic and mix everything well. Let it sit overnight in a cool place (refrigerator). Season to taste again an hour before serving.
