Instructions

  1. Cut the sausages into slices approx. 5-10 mm thick and then quarter. Clean the pepper and cut into pieces. Drain the kidney beans and corn.
  2. Sear the sucuk in the hot oil so that it takes on a good color. Then add the bell pepper, kidney beans and corn. Let everything fry for about 5 minutes on a high level, mixing occasionally. Finally add the tomatoes and let it boil again on high for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. This is served with cold or warm flatbread.
  4. Tips: You can also fill the sucuk pan with sliced flatbread. No (!) Spices are needed, as the fried sucuk gives off enough flavor.
  5. If you like, you can also use canned tomatoes instead of the strained tomatoes. Roughly chop these up and add the juice from the can to the pan.
