Cut the sucuk into slices, fry in a little hot olive oil for about 1 minute and then remove from the pan.
Put the cleaned and cut vegetables with the garlic, salt and spices in the pan and fry well. Add a few tablespoons of water if necessary. Finally, add the sucuk with the parsley to the vegetables in the pan and toss well.
Serve with the toasted or grilled flatbread and tzatziki. Add lemon.
Tip: If you don`t have broccoli or don`t like one, you can use zucchini, fennel, chicory, fresh green beans or aubergines instead.
