Instructions

  1. Cut the sucuk into approx. 3 to 5 mm thick slices (the thickness of the slices determines the taste and consistency - if you prefer it juicier, use the thicker slices).
  2. Fry the sausage slices in a hot pan without adding any oil. Then just add the eggs and let them set. Since the sausage is nicely spicy, you don`t even have to season it.
  3. Now serve the whole thing together with flatbread, cheese and (very important!) With tomatoes.
  4. Tip: You can also add peppers, tomatoes and / or onions to roast.
