Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into pieces and freeze (you can also use fresh melon, then serve with plenty of crushed ice). You can prepare that a few days in advance. but the longer the freezing time, the more the melon loses its flavor
  2. Put the frozen melon and apple juice in a blender. Rub in the lime zest or use a zest zest to peel off the zest. Squeeze the lime and add the juice to the blender. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix until all pieces are crushed.
  3. Pour the finished drink into 2 glasses with 1 tablespoon each of sugar, stir well and enjoy.
  4. Instead of limes you can also use fresh lemon balm!
  5. Fruity refreshing and not so sweet, perfect for hot days.
