Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado and use a spoon to transfer the pulp from the skin to a bowl. Drizzle with the lemon juice, add the yogurt and water.
  2. Clean and chop the chilli pepper and garlic. Add to the soup with the coconut flakes and season with salt and cumin. Puree everything and sprinkle with the fresh, finely chopped coriander.
  3. The soup is ideal for hot summer days!
