- Drain the peaches well and cut into small pieces.
- Put the raspberries and peaches in a shallow bowl (baking dish).
- Whip the cream and mix in the natural yoghurt. Spread over the fruit and cover with brown cane sugar.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Mandarins, cherries or the like can also be used. Correspondingly more fruit for larger quantities.
- It always has to be the same proportion of cream and natural yoghurt.
