Whisk the egg, salt, flour, milk and 1 teaspoon honey together, leave to soak for about 5 minutes. Sort the strawberries, currants and cherries, rinse briefly and clean. Quarter the strawberries and stone the cherries. Mix the fruits with the rest of the honey, cinnamon and sesame seeds.
Bake a thin pancake from the batter in a non-stick pan. Serve with the fruits.
