Instructions

  1. First clean the fruits, wash them if necessary and dry them well. Then puree about half of the fruit and mix the puree with the yogurt. Stir until the mixture has a homogeneous color.
  2. Cut the remaining fruits into small pieces and mix in as well.
  3. Let the fruit yoghurt steep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Our little ones in particular love this yoghurt - it just tastes more fruity than the products on the refrigerated shelf.
  5. Due to the rapid onset of fermentation (even when stored in the refrigerator), the yoghurt should be consumed the next day at the latest (the risk that this will not happen is extremely low).
