• 4 cl Aperol
• 1 cl grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed or lime juice
• 1 slice (s) orange (s), for decoration

Instructions

1. Pour the Aperol into a bulbous wine glass, then add the sparkling wine and mineral water. Finally add the grapefruit juice and ice cream. Halve the orange slice and stick it on the edge of the glass.
