Mix the yogurt, olive oil and spices vigorously with a whisk. Remove the stalk from the tomatoes, core the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Dice the hard-boiled eggs as well. Cut the ham and / or beer ham into fine, small strips. Mix everything into the yogurt cream. Add the chopped herbs and vinegar and mix well again. Stir in approx. 1 tablespoon.
Tastes good with freshly baked bread / baguette.
Variants: Mix in romaine lettuce cut into strips, as a low-carb meal without bread. Also delicious in combination with pasta as a summer pasta salad or potatoes as a summer potato salad.
