Wash and chop vegetables and fruits. Core the melon pieces. Pluck the basil and feta into small pieces.
For the salad dressing, mix oil and vinegar with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. If the salad isn`t sweet enough for you, you can add a little honey.
Mix the salad with the dressing in a bowl.
If you want, you can roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil, let them cool and sprinkle them over the salad.
