Instructions

  1. Cut the apples, cucumber, toast and snack peppers into pieces approx. 1 - 2 cm in size. Then squeeze the orange.
  2. Fry apples, cucumber, toast and snack peppers in sunflower oil. Add the squeezed orange juice and fry for a few minutes until the fruit and bread turn lightly brown. Leave the lid on the pan and stir from time to time so that the ingredients turn brown on all sides. Finally, arrange in a large bowl.
