Boil the pasta and let it cool down. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into medium-sized 1cm x 1cm pieces. You can of course cut both ingredients larger or smaller as you wish. Pluck the rocket into small pieces.
Then mix the pasta with the tomatoes and mozzarella. Mix a marinade with the remaining ingredients.
Pour the marinade over the pasta. Stir everything well again and let it steep for a few hours. Then mix in the rocket and serve.
