Instructions

  1. Wet the rice paper.
  2. Cut the onion into fine strips. Peel the carrots and cut into fine strips. Cut the cucumber into fine strips. Chop the coriander. Cut the tofu slices into thin strips.
  3. Spread the cut ingredients on the rice paper and shape into a roll.
  4. Mix all ingredients well for the dip.
  5. Arrange the rolls and serve cold.
