Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini and paprika into small cubes and fry in a little oil with a little salt and pepper. Let cool and transfer to a bowl. Add mini mozzarella, corn, chopped pickles and quartered cherry tomatoes.
  2. For the dressing, mix oil, vinegar and water, add salt and pepper as well as finely chopped parsley and basil and pour over the salad.
