Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Put about half of it in an ovenproof dish, divide the sheep`s cheese into 4 equal pieces and place on top (then the sheep`s cheese won`t burn on the bottom of the dish). Place the remaining vegetables on top of the sheep`s cheese and distribute the garlic evenly over the cheese.
  2. Then season and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. You don`t have to salt the cheese because it is salty enough by itself.
  3. You can serve the sheep`s cheese on a wooden board, for example. It tastes particularly delicious with fresh white bread.
