Sweat the diced onion in olive oil, fry the potatoes briefly, then pour the pizza tomatoes on top and add the carrots. Season with vegetable stock, salt and herbs. Let cook until the potatoes are almost soft, then add the diced zucchini and cook until they are soft. If you like, you can also add peppers.
Wiener sausages, chopped meat sausages or sausages go well with it. But you can also eat fried or grilled food with it.
