Wash tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Wash the lettuce and cut into small strips. Also cut the onions into small cubes. Fry the prawns briefly and deglaze with a little water, add the cream cheese, lemon, salt and pepper and stir until creamy. This is also the salad dressing. Arrange everything on a plate and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
If you want to save even more fat, you can of course also take cream cheese with 0.1% fat.
