Wash and peel the cucumber, then quarter lengthways, remove the seeds and cut the cucumber into pieces approx. 1 cm wide. Free the melon from the skin and remove the larger stones. Dice the pulp.
Mix the oil, lemon juice and honey in a salad bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Stir the dill into the salad dressing. Add the melons and cucumber pieces to the sauce and mix everything well. Let it steep briefly and season again to taste.
