Clean, wash and dry the rocket and basil, roughly cut up the large leaves. Wash the strawberries, halve or quarter lengthways. Beat the balsamic vinegar with honey, olive oil, salt and pepper and coarsely slice the parmesan.
Carefully mix the lettuce and strawberries with the vinaigrette, arrange on wide plates, sprinkle with cheese slicers. Finished!
Serve with a fresh focaccia and a sparkling white wine!
