Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions and let it cool down. Boil the eggs hard and let them cool down too. In the meantime, it is best to drain the mandarins and save the juice.
  2. First cut the cooked ham into strips and then into small pieces. Cut the tomato peppers into fine strips. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut into small pieces. Halve the mandarins. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion until golden and set aside.
  4. Put the cooled rice in a bowl. The boiled ham, tomato peppers, the eggs
  5. and pour the mandarins over it. Season everything with the soy sauce, mustard, sugar, salt and a few drops of lemon juice. Pour the lukewarm onion with the oil over the salad and mix everything well.
  6. Tastes lukewarm as well as cooled and steeped overnight.
