Instructions
- Mix the marinade in a bowl, mix in the chopped vegetables and finally the rice and basil.
- The quantities given are approximate and can be varied as desired. And the salad tastes good with brown rice, basmati or parboiled rice.
- Since it is prepared without perishable ingredients, it is great to take with you to work, even if there is no refrigerator.
