Instructions

  1. Wash vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Fry the potato noodles in a non-fat frying pan until they get some color.
  2. Add spring onions, carrots and paprika and sauté over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables as well as the cream cheese and herbs and cook for another 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
  3. Salad goes well with it.
