Cut the melon into small cubes and set aside. Small the lettuce, cut the radishes into fine slices and roughly crumble the sheep`s cheese over them.
Chop the dill and add it. If you don`t have fresh dill, you can also use frozen dill and simply add it. Season to taste with olive oil, salt and pepper, only add the melon when serving, otherwise it will water too much.
The salad tastes very good on hot days, it also goes well with fish. If you like, you can also add roughly chopped walnuts or kernels.
