Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven. Toast the bread and then place it on a baking sheet. Cut the goat cheese into slices and place on the bread.
  2. Cut the herbs into small pieces. Cut the radishes into strips and dice the tomatoes.
  3. Put the baking sheet in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, briefly toast the chia seeds in a pan, add the fat and beat the eggs on top of the chia seeds. Season with salt and chilli or pepper and fry the eggs as fried eggs.
  5. When the eggs are ready, take the bread out of the oven, place on a plate and distribute the herbs (save a little for the finish), radishes and tomatoes evenly on the goat cheese. Top with the fried eggs, spread the rest of the herbs on top and serve immediately.
  6. Non-vegetarian option: Place a fried slice of bacon on top of the goat cheese.
