Cut the sausage into slices. Sear it in its own fat in the casserole and then remove it.
Cut the meat into slices and fry all over in the sausage fat, dust with flour and deglaze with a dash of water.
Add the peppers and sausage to the meat and top up with the cream and simmer for 15 minutes. Add onions, olives and cucumber. Add marjoram, pepper and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes.
