Instructions

  1. For the dough, melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Let the mixture cool down.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder together, add to the batter and stir in. When the chocolate and butter mixture is only lukewarm, add to the batter and stir in.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased and floured springform pan and bake at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let the cake cool down.
  4. For the ganache, heat the cream and melt the chocolate in it. Let cool a little and pour over the cooled cake.
