Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Put the remaining ingredients and the egg yolks in a bowl, stir, then fold in the stiffly beaten egg white.
Fill the quark mass into a greased baking pan sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 degrees for 60-70 minutes without opening the oven door, let the cake cool in the oven.
Remove from the mold only after it has completely cooled down.
