Ingredients

• 250 g fruit your choice
• 250 g mascarpone
• 1 packet butter-vanilla flavor
• 2 cl amaretto
• 50 grams sugar
• 1 cake base, (sponge cake base)
• 1 packet icing, white

Instructions

1. Clean and finely chop the fruit. Mix the mascarpone with vanilla flavor, sugar and amaretto well and spread on the sponge cake base. Cover with fruit and pour the icing over it.
