Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave. Put the breadcrumbs on a plate. Roll the potatoes first in the butter and then in the breadcrumbs. Arrange in a circle on a microwave-safe plate. Drizzle with the remaining butter. Cover lightly with kitchen paper. Set to high for eight minutes, if there is no turntable, turn the plate a quarter turn twice during the cooking time.
  2. When the potatoes are almost done, you turn them over. Let stand for another 3 minutes, until the potatoes are completely cooked and the crumbs are crispy.
