Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer or electric mixer.
2. Then put the liquid dough in a greased and possibly breaded dish and bake at 200 degrees for an hour.
3. I always take a Frankfurter Kranz form and cover the cake after about 40 minutes.
4. I quickly mix icing sugar and lemon juice and spread it over the entire cake that has cooled down.
