Put the potatoes together with the stock, marjoram, water and cream in a larger saucepan and heat. At the same time fry the minced meat in a little fat with pepper and salt in a pan until crumbly.
Take the pot off the stove and work the whole thing with the hand blender. Possibly add water and / or cream until the desired smoothness is achieved. Season with broth, salt and pepper and add the minced meat to the saucepan. Heat again briefly and then serve with bread or rolls if necessary.
Instead of or in addition to marjoram you can of course use other herbs, sour cream or sour cream instead of sweet cream, other spices, sausages, cabanossi or similar instead of minced meat and of course you can also add carrots or other vegetables.
