Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat).
Cut out twelve circles with a diameter of approx. Nine centimeters from the strudel dough (e.g. with a garnish ring). Place on baking sheets with parchment paper (makes two sheets). Spread a thin layer of sour cream all the way to the edge, place a slice of goat`s cream cheese in the middle. Sprinkle with finely chopped rosemary and drizzle with honey. Place a walnut half on each piece of cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Then sprinkle with a little pepper from the mill.
Either serve with a small salad as a starter or solo as a snack, e.g. with wine.
Of course, it can also be baked in one piece and then cut. But since the strudel dough is quite splintery, I prefer the above version. I also brush the leftovers with a little sour cream and bake them a little shorter, these are then intended for the kitchen.
