Mix all ingredients together except for the melted butter. Then add the melted butter and stir. Place small heaps with two tablespoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave a little space between the individual cookies as they will diverge a little when baking. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until golden. They shouldn`t get too dark or they`ll get too dry.

The cookies are also very tasty if you replace the flour with 2 tablespoons of vanilla pudding powder.
