Ingredients

For the dough:

• 250 g flour
• 125 g mararine
• 125 g suar
• 0.5 packet ½ vanilla sugar
• 2 egg (s)
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 1 packet baking powder
• 1 dash milk

For covering:

• 700 g applesauce
• 0.5 ½ package custard powder, vanilla

For the cast:

• 3 egg (s), separated
• 5 tablespoon sugar
• 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

1. Make a batter from flour, margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, salt, baking powder and a little milk, fill in a springform pan and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
2. Mix the applesauce with the pudding powder, place on the pre-baked base and bake for another 15 minutes.
3. For the topping, stir the egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Beat egg whites into snow. Fold in the sour cream and egg whites and place on the cake. Then bake for another 25 minutes.
