Beat the sugar with the egg in a blender until it becomes frothy and light. Then add the pistachio cream and stir into a mass. Finally add the cream and milk and continue beating with the mixer until everything has dissolved.
If you have only used cold ingredients, the liquid can immediately be put in the ice cream machine for about 45 minutes.
