Soak all ingredients, except for the banana, in water overnight, I take about 100 ml. Alternatively, milk can be used.
The next day add the banana and puree in the mixer for 1 minute on the highest level. Pour the mixture into bowls and enjoy.
The `pudding` is great as a healthy breakfast and keeps you full for a long time. It can also be varied endlessly. Sometimes I use a pinch of cinnamon or some vanilla extract instead of cocoa. Other cores can also be added, e.g., pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, sunflower seeds.
When I eat the pudding as a full meal, I like to have a little more muesli and, accordingly, more water.
