- Melt the chocolate. Mix the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Then add the cooled chocolate and mix well.
- Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa and sift over the egg / chocolate mass and stir in with the creme fraiche.
