Put the frozen raspberries in the bowl, then crumble the meringue and add to the bowl. Whip the cream until stiff and add to the raspberries and meringue in the bowl.
Sprinkle the whole thing with cocoa. Looks particularly good if you cut patterns (stars, flowers, skulls, etc.) in paper beforehand and then leave them out when sprinkling.
Prepare about 4 hours before eating so that it can flow through.
