Instructions

  1. Drain the mixed pickles and cut into small pieces. Also cut the cucumber, tomatoes, sausage and Gouda cheese into small pieces and put everything in a salad bowl. Mix the yogurt and mayonnaise in an extra bowl, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar to taste and pour over the ingredients. Let the salad stand for 1 - 2 hours. We like to eat herbal baguette with it or just plain.
