Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grease a loaf pan and sprinkle with semolina.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients well, then add the milk and any flavors such as lemon peel / oil or chocolate. Mix everything well. Put the liquid mass in the prepared cake tin, bake for approx. 60 min at 200 ° C. Chopstick sample!
  3. Let the cake cool before you take it out of the mold, otherwise it will break easily.
  4. The finished cake can be dusted with powdered sugar, covered with a chocolate icing or a topping of powdered sugar and lemon / orange juice.
