Instructions

  1. Wash the cabbage and cut into fine strips. Sprinkle with salt and mix.
  2. Heat the vinegar, sugar and oil in a saucepan, but do not bring to the boil. Then pour the ingredients on the cabbage, mix everything and let it steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
