Beat the schnitzel, season with salt and pepper and turn in the flour. Fry the meat in clarified butter until golden brown. When done, take them out of the pan.
Melt the butter in the same pan and fry the chopped onion and mushrooms (drained) in it. Deglaze with the broth and pour on the cream. Add the chives in rolls. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little curry. Let the schnitzel get hot again in the sauce.
