Instructions

  1. Knead a yeast dough from flour, yeast, salt and a little water. Cover the dough and let it rise to twice its volume. Goes well in an oven preheated to 50 degrees.
  2. Leave out the butter, sauté the bacon and onion rings until translucent. Add salt, pepper and caraway seeds and stir in. Let cool down.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put the dough on top and roll out. Pull up the edge a little. Spread the bacon and onion mixture on top. Whisk the eggs with sour cream or sour cream, season with salt and nutmeg and distribute the mixture evenly over the bacon and onion mixture.
  4. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 45 to 50 minutes. Then cut into pieces while still hot and serve immediately.
  5. Federweisser, red Sauser, red or white wine, but also beer tastes good with it.
