Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan with a high rim and lightly fry the sausage in it, then remove from the pan and quickly fry the onions, peppers and mushrooms in it. Add the meat sausage again and stir in the tomato paste. Now add the milk and let everything boil gently for a few minutes. Season with soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika powder.
  2. In my opinion, rice goes best with this dish, but it goes well with almost anything!
