Instructions

1. Sift the flour on a baking board and knead with the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter in flakes to make a shortcrust pastry. Wrap the dough in aluminum foil and let it rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
2. One after the other, cut 30 pieces from the dough and roll them into strands about 1 cm thick on a floured work surface. Form a letter out of each rolling pin and flatten it a little. Bake the letters on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes.
3. Mix the sifted powdered sugar with enough lemon juice to create a thick but spreadable glaze. Cover the still warm letters with it and press the gummy bears onto the still soft glaze.
