• 100 g tomato ketchup
• 150 g ketchup, (curry ketchup)
• 1 tablespoon apricot jam, without pieces
• 1 tablespoon jelly, (apple jelly)
• 1 tablespoon honey, liquid
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard, medium hot
• curry powder
• salt and pepper
• sugar

1. Mix all ingredients one after the other and add the spices to taste.
2. The sauce will keep for a few days in the Tupperware and refrigerated.
