Cook the diced potatoes and carrots in a saucepan with water for about 20 minutes. Add the can of lentils (you can also take the trouble to prepare the lentils yourself beforehand), as well as the crushed black pudding.
Season with stock powder, sugar, vinegar and possibly salt and bring everything to a boil again. Remove from heat and serve. A slice of bread and butter tastes delicious with it.
